Heritage Cup 2026 - May 22-25 - Rider University 

The Heritage cup is back in 2026 with 120+ teams expected to represent 40+ countries, with TEAM VI competing in the Women's, Men's, Boys U-19 & Boys U-15 divisions.

 TOURNAMENT FEATURES:

  • This tournament is primarily an opportunity for US based athletes to contribute to the development of international lacrosse by raising awareness, funds and participating in equipment drives.
  • Games are scheduled strategically to allow teams to enjoy the NCAA Final Four watch parties to be held at the Central Event Tent.
  • In order to determine a champion with relatively limited game action, the tournament is played with 40-minute games (two 20-minute halves), with a new match-up facing off every hour. 
  • Every team across all divisions will play at least five games on the weekend. Teams generally start play on Friday evening 5/22, with some teams kicking off their tournament on Saturday morning 5/23. The exact tournament formats and schedule will be determined once registration is closed.
  • USVI Lacrosse has participated in the Heritage Cup since 2021, with the Men's team placing 9th in 2025, and 2nd in 2024!

TOURNAMENT FEE:

$350.00 per player

Registration fee includes 4-piece uniform set and 5 guaranteed games
Payment and Registration due March 1, 2026

HOUSING, MEALS & TRANSPORTATION:
Players are responsible for setting up their own housing, meals and transportation for the weekend.
TEAM VI:
This is a "heritage" team honoring USVI Lacrosse. It is not a "national team". There are no player eligibility rules for this event.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED:
All players must be registered members of the US Virgin Islands Lacrosse Association
