Mission & Objectives

Our National Team Program mission is to establish the US Virgin Islands as a world-class lacrosse nation through systematic development of athletes from grassroots to international competition. We provide equitable, high-quality training for male and female athletes across all stages of development and ensure compliance with World Lacrosse eligibility criteria for international play. Our goal is to expand the USVI talent pool through early identification and structured progression activities and systems, while we integrate education, leadership, and cultural pride into athlete development, fostering sustainability through transparent fees, governance, and program accountability.
