Full Bio
Nick Fiorentino serves as Head Coach of the USVI Men’s National Field Team. With more than 13 years of collegiate coaching experience, he has led programs at multiple NCAA institutions and developed All-Americans across Division III competition.

Currently the Head Coach at SUNY Brockport, Fiorentino quickly elevated the program, doubling its win total in his first season and guiding the Golden Eagles to conference tournament play.

Prior to Brockport, he was Head Coach at SUNY Geneseo, leading three consecutive SUNYAC Championship appearances and mentoring five All-Americans. His coaching career also includes leadership roles at Rochester Institute of Technology, SUNY Cortland, and Ohio Wesleyan University, along with professional experience in the Premier Lacrosse League.

As a player at Salisbury University, Fiorentino won NCAA National Championships in 2007 and 2008 and was the starting goaltender during the 2008 title run. Salisbury later established the “Fiorentino Ever Ready Award” in his honor.

Mike “Smitty” Smith joined the USVI Men’s National Team staff following his tenure as Head Coach of the Buccaneers men’s lacrosse program.

After five seasons as an assistant, Smith was named head coach in 2022 and quickly led the program to conference playoff appearances while mentoring multiple First-Team All-Conference selections and a Conference Co-Offensive Player of the Year.

A graduate of Springfield College, Smith played four years of collegiate lacrosse and is recognized for his energy, leadership, and commitment to player development.


Sam Bradman

NCAA National Champion. Division III National Player of the Year. Professional and international competitor.

Full Bio
Sam Bradman is one of the most accomplished Division III players of his generation and brings elite playing experience to the USVI Men’s National Team.

At Salisbury University, Bradman led the Seagulls to back-to-back NCAA National Championships and was named the 2012 NCAA Division III National Player of the Year after recording 99 points (71 goals, 28 assists) in his senior season.

He competed professionally on the LXM Pro Tour (Team STX), in Major League Lacrosse, and in professional box lacrosse. He also represented the United States in international competition, earning MVP honors at the 2013 Champions Challenge.

Known for his production, competitive edge, and leadership presence, Bradman brings championship standards and high-level experience to the Virgin Islands program.
